I took my sister Sharon to "Herbs For Health" yesterday and Jeremy found lots of things to help her. But she has had a hard day because it wears her out when she has too big a day like she had yesterday.

He gave her flax oil to take and that gave her nausea. She is hoping it doesn't cause her a migraine tonight. I hope not too. That would be terrible.

Her problems are going to take longer to fix than mine because mine is a matter of eliminating certain foods. She needs a liver cleanse and that will take time.

He did give her quite a few supplements that she was lacking in her diet, and I hope she will find some strength while she is on her trip to Chicago.
