I'm Feeling A Lot Better
I'm still only at about 50 % of normal energy and strength, but I'm getting there. My heart was racing again the night before last. This was the second time this week, and it really drains my strength when that happens. It kind of makes me feel like I have the flu, except it isn't a flu.
My new foods and supplements are helping a lot. All I need is a few more days and I should be up and running again. I'm just glad I have the strength to do these last minute things I need to do to get ready to leave on Monday.
